Under general direction, the programmer/Analyst I develops, designs, modifies, maintains, writes, analyzes and implements computer programs, databases and web pages.

Requirements:
* Degree in geography, graphic design, environmental studies or science.
* High level proficiency with ArcGIS 9.x software and demonstrated cartographic skills.
* Knowledge of watershed sciences, policy and management
* Experience with graphic design software (Adobe CS, Illustrator, GIMP)

* Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
